Step 01Load your projects and evidence
Add each project with its route (GEAP or bilateral), phase and capacity. Upload documents against a catalog of 61 Philippines document types. Each document is versioned and classified as Required, Conditional, Strongly Recommended or Optional for that project's path.
Expiry and applicability are tracked by memory
Permits lapse. Documents that satisfied one phase do not satisfy the next. The gap surfaces when a lender asks.

Step 02See readiness by gate
Eight gates, from DOE authority and contract through land, grid, environmental and social clearance, offtake, financing and build. Each gate shows Open, Blocked, Capped, Under Review or Complete, with the specific document and rule behind the status.
Step 03Read the HBI and seal the evidence
The Heliosity Bankability Index (HBI) scores Operational, Technical, Financial and Execution readiness from 0 to 100. If a required input is missing, the score says "Incomplete — Missing Inputs" rather than inventing a number. When you are ready, generate a tamper-evident diligence packet that freezes gates, scores, evidence and blockers at a point in time.
